My Bio
I'll complete it, eventually. For now, let me introduce myself. Tumbling upon deviantArt has made my little artistic heart sing! What I usually love to see are other creative users showing me just how wonderful our world can be:
landscapes, sunrises, people, moment. You get the feeling.

On the other side, why not use all this creativity to persuade our fellow homo sapiens sapiens to see just how stupid they can be and how exactly they can contribute to the nature's health and safety. ;)
If you are familiar with Doctor Who, welcome to a lot of hints and puns, also related to many more show I do so love to watch:
Doctor Who, Sherlock Holmes, North and South, Pride and Prejudice, Sense and Sensibility, Merlin, Star Trek, Stargate, Harry Potter, Lord of the Rings, Pendragon, Justin Time, Horror, GONE and many more.

If you've made it this far, congratulations!
Now let me tell you about my past.
From the beginning of my memory I've always had my nose stuck up in a book, any book actually. Usually, they'd been read up several times until another one had catched my eyes. One day, my mother said to me: In 3 months will the 3rd Harry Potter movie come out. If you want to come with us, you'll have to read all 3 books Harry Potter. Then you can come, too.

I think I'd been around 12. The following days had been spend over page after page and at late nights my bed light had shone until well after my bedtime. Every so often I' hear the footsteps of a family member walking past my door and never have I ever been so quickly hitting the lights and "falling asleep". Over the years, my breathing techniques for sleep had been mastered so that even my father, who had been to the army, didn't notice that I'd actually been awake.

School had always been easy. I'm not exaggerating. I learned the stuff upon the first time and was bored at every repetition for the others. My parents thought about letting me skip one class, maybe the 2nd or the 3rd. But, to be frank, I was too shy and introverted.

When my mother was working at Norway for a few months, she took me with her and I left the 1st class in order to go to school in Norway.
In the following years, it had quickly come to see that I had a gift with languages.
My parents therefore send me to several summer schools in Great Britain or Norway. Ever heard about Salisbury school of English? Or Tomb (Rade) in Norway? Ever since my 6th birthday I've happily attended especially my dear, dear school in Salisbury. I still remember the smell of the lavender lushfully covering the grounds. So when my little brother planted lavender in our garden, memories will allways flash up.
Actually, here is the actual beginning of my story. All that I am now I owe to one of my lecturers: My dear Ed. Ed tutored me on my 5th visit. Oh, Ed. He was so funny, so witty, so entertaining. One day, he brought a video clip - for learning, of course. It contained a scene of a series he adored very much and one group had to watch it and then explain the contend as detailed as possible the other.
Oh, the memories! I remember everything so clearly, I could explain everything to you right now, if you want. The scene showed to us an unknown female, trespassing an old ground covered in thick ivy and dust. She took several photographs because, as we learned later, she loved the old. It is happy for deep people. But the woman saw a strange writing on the wall. Under the wallpaper, someone had left a message: Duck, Sally Sparrow! The Weeping Angels.
-The Doctor.

That's how I first came in contact with the most amazing show on the world. I had been entranced, ingulfed in the sheer amazingness of the great artwork. So, upon arriving home, I HAD to see more. It seems kinda funny today, that that episode, that scary, scary episode, had been the first one the find my interest. It still is my favourite episode. But I have a mortal fear of stone statues now, forever.
My friends often laugh at me and tease me when I glare wide eyed at gargoyles or statues in cities. They know.
My hometown actually has a very interesting history of it's own. Today, it lies at the border of the counties Mecklenburg-Vorpommern and Schleswig Holstein, lying at a beautiful lake with many magical forests around. Perfect for hiking, fishing, cycling, dreaming, plotting. The landscape is a little hilly, like little waves that became rock in one second. These are the remains of the great Ice Age. Right where I live, the great glacier had ended.
But that lays way back. Only 30 years back (today: 25th of june, 2014), my hometown was situated mere 5 kilometres away from the great wall parting eastern and western germany.

I do love history.
And Books. They've been my constant companions for over a decade now, an exchange for the lack of fellows of my mind. Or, as the world usually calls them, friends.
Of course I have friends NOW, but middle school is just the worst place for someone different, someone who had never struggled with school and always had done the homework on the bus ride home. Someone, who is shy, creative, artistic but low socializing skills.

I am a graduate now. More confident, self assured. I have found me, am contend with me, though not as often as I'd like. I have friends, very good friends, and not too few.

I have had to experience though what trust in the wrong people can do. What it does to you, when the people you had called friends and who you trusted turned on you. Being ignored, cast out, called names and eventually mobbed.
You never know what stupidity people are capable of on this precious earth.

I have overcome this now, I am happy! You wanna know how? *laughs* Well, I HAVE counted the days when I'd be able to leave school. But I've also found distraction in reading, painting, jogging, (later on) meeting real friends, movies and - at last - the Internet.

Yes, I am well aware of all the ups and downs of it. Some phrases to my fellow Internet maniacs: Memes, Ain't nobody got time for that, nyianyianyian, Turn down for what?, Talesof4chan (I know...).

In the end, for everyone who stuck around long enough to hear my bio, I'd like to reward you with some cookies and some quotes I really enjoy. So to give you a smile, too, here they are, gathered around over years. Only the best for the best:

'Love isn't just loving me at my best, it's about loving me when nobody wants to be around me and I need your love the most.' -Sherlock Holmes

„Was ist die Mehrheit? Mehrheit ist der Unsinn! Verstand ist stets bei wenigen nur gewesen.“
Schiller
(What is the majority? The majority is rubbish. Intelligence has always been for the few.)

"It needs to be insisted that horror films are not for the morbid, they're for the life-lovers."

Ehrlichkeit ist ein teures Geschenk, das man von billigen Menschen nicht erwarten kann.

Give me your labels (I'll make confetti): 'I'll take all your labels, dear Gregory,' he said softly, 'tear them into itty-bitty pieces, and throw them in your face. And then, I'll dance under the raining confetti, because you can shove your labels right up your fucking arse.'
-
'Greg, people aren't always who they appear to be,' Maggie said when her son continued to stammer. 'Who people are in public isn't necessarily who they really are, especially teenagers. Young people face a lot in today's society, so it's not surprising that a lot of you hide who you really are.'
-
But Greg thought, and Mycroft agreed, that your teenage years were when you were supposed to fuck up and make mistakes. What was the point of getting a good job later in life when you hadn't actually had fun? Greg didn't want to have any regrets. He didn't want to one day be sitting in an office somewhere and think that he'd wasted his life.

One last remark, if the question should pop up. I speak German, English, French and Norwegian. I am currently learning Italian and Chinese.
My life-motto is to seize the day, because you never know when you die, literally. I've seen death and want you to never hesitate when you want to text a guy you like, say a compliment to a cute stranger or never use your expensive cutlery!
Just do it!

I hope you like my quotes. (There is some german in it)

Sometimes it drizzles. Sometimes it pours. Sometimes it rains. Sometimes the air is thick and just about to burst shortly before a storm begins raging over your head. So what? Don't scream like it's the end of the world! Put on a coat or take an umbrella with you! Go out, enjoy the childhood memories, jump into puddles, play in the mud. Enjoy the rain! Smile brightly and shout out. Literally. It is an awesome feeling. And I haven't even commented on how great the air smells free of the dust and pollution. =)

When I visit other channels, I am impressed by their taste of art, their collections on topics like - my favourites - nature and sometimes animes and movies and books and people... You get the feeling. But what I've seldom done is to read their bio. I mean, I've written a long one, so that you understand me and you can get an insight on what I like and who I am and what I had to go through in my life. Others could have done that, too. So why do we neglect everyone's bio so much? Are we afraid of reading? That's silly. I've set myself a task to read everyones bio upon visiting them.
